"Ossium", latin for "bones" have been used as Memento Mori since the ancient Rome and Greece, when people would carry tokens and depictions of skulls and bones as a reminder of their mortality and that life is precious. "Memento Mori" literally means "remember you must die" which, to be honest, is so straight-to-the-point that I really respect it.

This little bone is about 3.5cm long and is cast in solid recycled silver to remind you that life is precious. Here for a good time, not a long time and all that!

Photographed on a "trace" chain, sold separately. Chains bought with a pendant are automatically 10% off with no code needed. I recommend a thin, 18" belcher which you can find in this listing.

This bone is also available as dangly earrings! There is also a larger bone pendant available here.

Metal Sterling silver
Bone Size 35mm

No animals were hurt to create this jewellery, I found the bone in a decomposed pile of unknown animal origin (possibly rabbit) at Alderley Edge, UK.
