"I’m going to ATTEMPT to put into words what this necklace means to me. I “met†Riley a few years ago on Instagram and always loved his creations. I fell in love with this necklace as soon as I saw it - I love nature, I loved the nobbly twig detail - but I also loved the interlocking circles… two of them.
After I became chronically ill a few years ago, I started to mark the anniversary - what I call a "survivaverary"- each year with something symbolic. I found this about the same time it was coming to my two year mark and it was perfect (circles, two of them, nature)
It came quickly, beautifully packaged with a lovely note from Riley, who knew what occasion I was buying it for. It meant everything.
I wear it all day everyday (not in the bath!!) and feel lost if it's not on. It is my talisman, which empowers me. I find myself fiddling with it when I'm nervous. It's linked with so much love and strength - because of why I bought it, but also who made it and that makes it extra special.
I've never felt like this about a necklace before. It's just gorgeous - you'll see it in every photo of me. It goes with everything- from smart to lounge clothes. I'd be lost without it.
